Background
Do you have a solid FMCG Key Account Manager background, and are you open to relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark?
We are partnering with a leading global FMCG company to appoint a Country Manager to take full ownership of the Italian market.
This is a high-impact commercial role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth through a distributor-led model, covering both branded and private label business.
About the Role
- Own the Italy P&L and commercial strategy
- Lead and develop the distributor partnership to unlock growth
- Drive business planning, pricing, and negotiations
- Accelerate performance across established consumer brands
- Work cross-functionally with European HQ teams
- Based in Copenhagen with regular travel
Who we're looking for
- FMCG commercial profile (ideally from companies such as Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, Ferrero, or similar)
- Strong experience in the Italian market
- Proven success in sales, key account management, or distributor markets
- Experience owning or influencing P&L
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willing to relocate to Copenhagen
