Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nigel Wright Group in January 2014. He has 40 years global recruitment industry experience, during which he has successfully built teams and grown specialist recruitment businesses around the globe. His experience includes advising a wide range of Chief Executives on their senior leadership recruitment across many jurisdictions globally.

Whilst his current role carries substantial management responsibility, he is still actively involved in talent attraction, retention, and development both for Nigel Wright Group and its clients throughout the UK, America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining the industry, Paul was an officer in the Royal Marines where he served in Borneo and Cyprus. Paul keeps healthy by remaining active. He has previously ran the New York Marathon and participates in Nigel Wright Group’s annual marathon across peaks of the UK, raising over £125,000 for cancer research.
