Manuel is a member of the International Consumer Team. He has a particular focus on the consumer products, luxury, and retail sectors. Manuel leads C-level searches for Private Equities and has developed significant expertise and large candidate networks.

Prior to Nigel Wright Group, Manuel spent 15 years within the recruitment industry, working at Batenborch in France as Practice leader for Consumer & Luxury goods, and then as Executive Manager Consumer and Luxury goods at Futurestep a Korn Ferry Company. Before he joined the recruitment sector, he was working for a luxury and sport rental company as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Manuel earned a Master’s degree in Marketing and Distribution at business school ICD / IGS Group.
