FP&A Manager

As part of our Finance Team, we are looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Manager who will support business operations and stakeholders through critical review of business cases. Your responsibilities will also include advising on financial matters like capital projects, delivery of income generating ideas as well as efficiency savings. Both internal and external stakeholders are located in different regions, and you will work flexibly to maintain relationships in both EMEA and APAC. You will proactively work to resolve challenges related to finance aspect of business performance, mostly focused on supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, designing and developing financial scenarios, support the cost modelling and recharges between regions.

This is a primarily remote position, where you can be based anywhere in Europe. This position will entail occasional travel for face-to-face meetings. However, the frequency and duration of travel will be tailored to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Task and responsibilities including (not limited to) 

  • Take ownership of current company long-term financial model, extending and updating as required
  • Supporting capex budget and investment case development
  • Work with business stakeholders to design and continuously update financial models per project
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Design, document and continuously update cost controlling mechanism per project
  • Consolidated business view for Actuals/Budget reports and forecast updates

Desired Qualifications 

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Statistics 
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, minimum 3 of which in a similar role (e.g. Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Business Controller) 
  • Demonstrable FP&A / Commercial Finance experience in an international business. IT or SaaS is a plus. 
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification is beneficial
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Excel - advanced, Power point, SQL, Power quarry, MS Power BI 
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones as well as working autonomously
  • Initiator who thrives in and easily adapts to a fast-paced business
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from different sources, and knowledge of Business Analytics
