The role


A Senior Recruitment Consultant role is incredibly fast-paced and dynamic, requiring hard work, determination, and perseverance, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be winning business with clients and sourcing and placing candidates, so relationship-building skills are key.

We are a results-driven business and we will provide you with first class training, a strong brand, and the support of your team and wider colleagues to help you achieve your sales targets.

You will be based in our Leeds city centre office, on Park Row. We offer hybrid working between offices and home which requires applicants to be living within commutable distance to our office.
