The Opportunity
In this exciting new role, you will be overseeing multiple sites based around the Midlands and East with c.200-300 headcount. The People Partner will work directly with stakeholders and people managers to deliver an effective people strategy with the rare opportunity to genuinely add real value to the business.
- Reorganisation, mergers, acquisitions and TUPE
- Performance improvements, complex ER cases, such as disciplinary, H&S, grievance
- Talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, EDI and involvement in the implementation of an ATS system
- Fostering a culture of rewarding positive employee behaviour and employee feedback, with a particular focus on educating employees around H&S best practice
The Person
The ideal People Partner:
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, industrial environment, such as Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering
- A genuine care for Health & Safety and wellbeing, with an understanding of legislation and best practice
- A proactive, inquisitive and energetic individual who is able to work on their own initiative with an intuitive focus on improvement
