The Role;

  • Opportunity to enhance and lead HR provision at Bazaar group through strong management, best people practice and strategic L&D.
  • Leadership around project opportunities including; upskilling, improving employer brand, and highlighting training pathways for progression.
  • Responsibility for more complex HR generalist issues and team responsibility.

Learning and Development
  • Working with the HR Director in the development and implementation of Talent Development Strategy including all systems and processes.

Employee Engagement
  • Take a leading role in Bazaar Group's long-term commitment to making improvements under the IIP standard, thereby helping to shape and influence our innovative, values based, company culture.

Employee Relations
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer/employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation

Recruitment and Retention
  • Assist the HR Director in reviewing and managing benefits including the annual pay review process via the Remuneration Committee – ensuring all internal and external factors are considered and through benchmarking takes place

  • HR generalist background with a keen interest in L&D.
  • Experience in SME/fast paced commercial environment.
  • Shares values in line with Bazaar Group.
  • Authentic and genuine with a great sense of humour.
  • Ability to flex and adapt between multiple stakeholders in the business.
