Opportunity for Impact

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner Manager to join a rapidly growing early stage software company. An ideal role for an ambitious  Partner Manager to build a Partner Channel and department from the ground up. It will enable you to take the next stage in their career and develop into a seasoned high earning software Head of Partner Channel Manager.

What You'll Be Up To

The Head of Partnership is primarily responsible for establishing revenue growth through partner relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of an effective reseller and referral channel to achieve the shared objectives of our partners.
In this role you will…
1.            Identify, qualify and recruit partners to achieve your sales quota
2.            Onboard partners ensuring successful setup including shared objective plans
3.            Manage partner relationships to achieve shared objective plans
4.            Develop the Hicomply partner portfolio and partner value proposition


More About You

A self-starter and proactive individual, being able to carry out own research and express the vision and trends of Information Security and the market.  Experienced in managing partner channels and aptitude for sales in a digital orientated B2B SaaS environment is essential. 

Cyber or Information Security sector experience is a definite plus but not essential as full training will be provided. However experience and technical aptitude with CRM and other general business applications such as the Microsoft and Google suites is a necessity

You must be capable of nurturing and developing executive and senior level relationships. Driving partner sales through lead qualification, relationship building, opportunity planning, executive involvement and selling the Hicomply partner value proposition.
