Froneri is present in over 20 countries, with the Head office function in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire. Froneri has grown during this time, through recent acquisitions including the Nestlé’s US Ice Cream business, the Nestlé Ice Cream business in Israel and the Fonterra owned Tip Top Ice Cream Business in New Zealand. •Deployment, configuration, operation and maintenance of hardware and software as required.
•Maintaining computer equipment such as scanners, printers, and projectors; ensuring that these are prepared and ready to use.
•Laptop, Computer building via WDS.
•Mobile phone management of iPhones.
•Maintaining electronic ticketing system and prioritizing support requests.
•Providing end users with face-to-face and remote support.
•Troubleshooting software and hardware as required.
•AD Administering of user accounts and permissions.
•Office 365 Administering of licenses, shared mailboxes, and permissions.
