The Role

  • Calculating and processing of weekly and monthly in-house payrolls using Sage 50 Payroll, 
  • Reviewing accuracy of payroll reports provided by Payroll Bureau
  • Timely submissions of RTI\Pension data 
  • Dealing with new starter and leavers information including creating personnel records, checking right to work, obtaining ID
  • Monitoring annual leave calculations
  • Assisting with auto enrolment over multiple companies & liaising with pension provider
  • Recording Statutory payments
  • Making HMRC Payments
  • Posting payroll data to Sage 200

The Person

  • Experience of Sage 50 Payroll
  • Strong payroll experience, managing end-to-end payroll with knowledge of payroll, taxation and pension legislation 
  • Knowledge of Furlough 
  • Good IT skills including Excel (V lookups and pivot tables)
