Key responsibilities include:
supporting the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development service, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of our key strategic aims and objectives.
         Primary responsibility for statutory/mandatory training, the role will lead on the design and deployment of our Foundation-wide provision, plus broader developmental opportunities and interventions.

About you

Ideally you will bring some knowledge of working within adult and children's services and an adult teaching qualification although this is not essential. You will hold a CIPD level 5 qualification or the equivalent within L&D. Current knowledge of L&D best practice and experience of managing apprenticeship programmes are also key as are excellent presentation skills. Used to working under pressure and resilient to change you will enjoy being part of an experienced and dedicated team. This is an opportunity to make your mark in a new role! There is the opportunity to work flexibility with a minimum requirement of one day a week in the office depending upon your location.
