The Organisation;

I am delighted to be working with a large national organisation to assist them in their search for a temporary HR Support Manager to join them for a period of 12 months. 

The Role;

Reporting into the Head of People Operations you will oversee a team of 7. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Proactively work to improve reporting capability including customised ad-hoc reporting and detailed analysis of organisational data and employee insights
  • Develop an approach to proactively showcase data to influence where interventions should be targeted
  • Build capability to understand and interpret data, identify opportunities for MI automation
  • Develop processes to support the efficient delivery of HR activity and advise on the best way to manage data 
  • Ensuring the maintenance and integrity of personnel files 
  • Managing the end to end process for HR Administration 
  • Take responsibility for the HR Systems including testing, support and training
  • Monitor turnaround on all queries in the centralised HR mailbox
  • Ensure audit requirements are adhered to

The Person;

In order to be considered for this role you will have proven experience in a similar role and be experienced in dealing with a high volume workload. You should also be confident in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to communicate complex data in an engaging way and previous experience in a highly analytical role is desirable. It is essential that you are able to engage a variety of stakeholders.
