As a recently carved out business, we now comprise two production plants in Team Valley, UK, one for mineral fibre tiles and one for grid, as well as sales teams in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and the Baltic States. This business is well positioned in these markets and highly profitable and will also benefit from significant investment in the coming 3-5 years in order to expand the production capability of both manufacturing sites.
 

 

Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced content developer to join the Zentia business.  Based from the Team Valley site, the role will report into the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for researching, preparing, writing, editing and distributing content to promote the Zentia proposition to market and positively influence key target audiences across the supply chain.

 This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business at a time where you can play a key part in the development of content around the newly created Zentia brand.  Key areas of responsibility will include:
 

  • Research, prepare and deliver of a programme of content that will increase inspiration and engagement with contractor, specifier and distributor audiences, promoting the brand and proposition.
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote products and services, with a focus on digital channels, including emails, web pages, brochures, blog pieces, web page, new product launch comms and company profiles. Update content across digital platforms as required.
  • Develop engagement through  social media channels, including the creation and publication of a content bank of posts, responding to posts, setting up paid campaigns as required
  • Develop creative ideas and suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content. Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Create simple graphical assets, working with an external design partner when necessary.
  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager as required in the delivery of campaigns and internal/external comms.
  • Coordinate various marketing fulfilment duties such as managing all information updates on SIFYB and SharePoint (datasheets, brochures etc.)

Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Experienced in digital channels and tools including CMS systems
  • Experience in communicating with different audiences within the supply chain and importance of tailoring the message
  • Ability to interpret and understand basic technical information relating to products and services
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign would be desireable
