As part of the Colleague Care Team, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues with their IT queries 24/7.
The Colleague Care Team plays a critical role supporting ITIL processes such as Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and reinventing the traditional IT service desk to provide a positive and customer-oriented service.
