The Company:

Well-established services business that provides critical infrastructure is looking to recruit a 24/7 Service Desk Analyst.

The Role:

To provide an exceptional, customer-oriented technology support service to internal Colleagues.  This involves ensuring Colleagues’ technology problems and issues are managed to a successful conclusion allowing colleagues to make best use of technology.

As part of the Colleague Care Team, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues with their IT queries 24/7.

The Colleague Care Team plays a critical role supporting ITIL processes such as Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and reinventing the traditional IT service desk to provide a positive and customer-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful candidates are expected to have knowledge and experience of:

  • Providing customer-oriented services in an IT environment, dealing with customers (internal or external) with courtesy, empathy and delivering effective service to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Working in a collaborative team environment.
  • End to end management of requests/ calls, including maintaining ownership and oversight whilst actions are being carried out by others
  • Using and contributing to the improvement of service management systems and tools
  • The Microsoft technology stack and related service and support requirements.
  • Resolving end-user computing technology problems.
  • Driving License
