We are delighted to be support our valued client, a prominent brand operating across the hospitality sector.

Our client is seeking to bolster the support and delivery of developments within the finance, HR, and Payroll systems with the addition of an ambitious application support analyst.  


 

The Role:

  • Support and delivery of developments within the Finance, HR & Payroll systems
  • Take ownership of customer support incidents and requests and perform investigations and diagnosis through to resolution
  • Provision of accurate and timely incident resolution and service request management
  • Keep abreast of both current and emerging system capabilities within the corporate application environment
  • Engage with business areas to identity and deliver service and or system process improvement
  • Trouble shooting of customer application incidents and identify root cause of software problems
  • Liaison with 3rd party support partners and escalation of incidents / requests as appropriate
  • Management of user account access and engaging support desk 1st line support to ensure appropriate system access provision

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Proven experience in support and development of corporate applications
  • Ability to identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ability to effectively liaise with application users to work through problems, gathering key information to aid with issue resolution
  • Ability to interpret application user requirements into tangible solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize requests and incidents based upon risk, benefit, effort review
