Working as part of a highly experienced HR team at the large manufacturing site, this is a great role to further develop your career as an HR Business Partner. This is a fully generalist role to support the whole employee lifecycle from talent attraction through to development, retention and reward.
Key elements of the role include;
To be considered for this role, you will have recent experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a fast paced manufacturing business. You will have a strong generalist HR track record and will have some experience of managing change. Experience of leading on learning and development initiatives is highly desired but not essential.
