The Role

To continue our impressive growth we want to unleash the full potential of the iconic Tommee Tippee brands through a revolutionary Digital Retail Marketing Strategy which will accelerate our brands to number one positions throughout the EMEA region.  This is a maternity cover role and requires a German Speaker.
As a Digital Shelf Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward the Digital Transformation project to ensure we drive brand equity growth of the Tommee Tippee brand in given Markets, through development of digital retail strategies that generate market share growth, brand awareness, trial, loyalty and recommendation.
 

Responsibilities

As Digital Shelf Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving forward the Digital Transformation project to ensure we develop and help execute compelling Digital Retail Marketing Plans that will support brand growth in European markets and associated sales and category growth.

  • Work with the brand manager to drive brand equity growth of the Tommee Tippee brand in given Markets, through development of digital strategies and activities that generate growth, awareness, trial, loyalty and recommendation.
  • Support the activation of new products on our brand website and external retail websites through New Line Form completion and PIM production process.
  • Work with global to develop world class A+ content and brand stores to drive a significant step change in online content production. Load A+ content onto key retail websites for a best in class product launch
  • Utilise the shelf ready tools to ensure we have a best in class product optimisation strategy and score. Identify remedial activations plans for poor performing retail partners.
  • Provide the Digital assets to all relevant partners to service retail partners online.
  • Work with external digital partners to set up Tommee Tippee partnerships through their tools & programmes
  • Conduct regular audits on retailer websites to assess how the brand is being presented and implement fixes where applicable

Candidate requirements

  • German speaker
  • Ability to undertake a maternity cover
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in digital retail marketing
  • Experience on Amazon Vendor Central and search marketing programmes preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A self-starter by nature with a ‘can do’ attitude
