We are thrilled to be working exclusively with Krispy Kreme in their search for a Regional Logsitics Manager to work within their fast moving, high growth Logistics function. Krispy Kreme opened their first store in the UK in 2003 and since then they have experienced significant growth and have worked hard to maintain their family friendly culture which has created an entrepreneurial approach to new working practices supported by an efficient decision-making process

The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Logistics,  the Regional Logistics Manager is responsible for the effective management of the team in the North to deliver a high-quality logistics service to the North sites (Midlands to Scotland).
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Successful management of the logistics team across 8 sites in the North of England.
  • Ensuring key KPIs of OTIF and customer service are achieved
  • Responsible for fleet records and compliance documentation
  • Accountable for the transport budget, providing accurate reporting on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Effective management of performance both positive and negative

The Person:

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional who can demonstrate the ability to both develop their teams to reach their full potential but also effectively manage their performance.

Key skills and attributes are: 

  • Multisite experience 
  • Experience in food manufacturing desirable, FMCG considered
  • Strong Customer focus with track record delivering great service
  • Experience setting up KPI's and performance management systems
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • CPC qualification desirable
