The Company:


Successful international software business is seeking to recruit ambitious and enthusiastic technology professionals, with excellent customer service skills to join their Service Delivery team. 
 

The Role:


Supporting the company's bespoke applications you will provide Tier 2 issue triage, progressing and resolving incidents within SLAs. Specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Liasing with other teams department to resolve complex issues
  • The timely escalation of incidents
  • Identifying and documenting missing processes, procedures and knowledge base articles
  • Taking ownership of issues escalated from customer services
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ensuring tickets are kept up to date with progress at a level they could be picked up by anyone in the team
  • Recording opportunities to prevent repeat incidents
  • Providing support to production team in configuring new and existing sites. 
  • Testing as part of fault diagnosis 

The Requirements:


With a drive to succeed, you will be a fast learner, possessing excellent verbal and personal communication skills. Being resourceful and confident as well as a self-starter, you will be comfortable explaining complex concepts with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Applications are sought from both candidates candidates who have worked in a technical support role, most likely in a service desk environment as well as keen IT graduates or apprentices looking to take their first step in their career. Irrespective candidates will be passionate about technology and be flexible in working on shifts either on day 1 or in future roles.
