Providing sales support to the business development and commercial leadership team to help drive business levels.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and making contact with lapsed clients to maximise revenue generation opportunities.
Utilising phone, email, LinkedIn and other tools to make contact with new target / prospective customers.
Maintaining accurate information on the Company CRM system to ensure it is a powerful tool to support the growth of the business.
Communicating and reporting effectively in all communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous office based B2B telephone sales experience.
Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new company systems swiftly.
Skilled at using phone, LinkedIn and email communications to engage with prospective, lapsed and existing customers.
An articulate, professional and engaging phone manner and exceptional written communication skills.
A track record of working in a target driven environment and comfortable working to deadlines and project timescales.
