Your new role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a global business in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire to support them with the implementation and roll out of an automated AP system across different markets globally.

This role will mean travel to different countries across the globe and will allow the successful candidate to implement the new automation software and offer support to users once in place.

1. Scan an invoice/receive by email
2. OCC recognition and training of the invoice
3. Automated matching of invoice to PO
4. Approval workflow for Non-PO invoices
5. Approval workflow for invoices not matching a PO
6. Booking the invoice to our ERP system (JDE)

As the ideal candidate you will be/have

• Willing and able to travel for project implementations
• Experience with project management
• Experience with an AP automation system
• Experience of working within an AP team on a day to day basis
• Understanding of AI and new technologies
