The company

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to join us as Brand Manager on an exciting new consumer lifestyle brand we are launching. The company, Wallpaper Warehouse Ltd, based in North East England is home to one of the biggest online wallpaper brands in the UK and we are excited to launch a new luxury wall decor brand with a discerning style for savvy customers. 

We are seeking a talented, driven individual with a passion for interiors will report directly to the Head of Marketing and is confident enough to own this brand and lead it to success with the support of the wider marketing team.

The role of Brand Manager will be to develop and deliver a marketing launch plan for the new brand that supports the wider brand strategy. The successful candidate will develop a content and communications plan across all of our digital channels with a focus on social media, online advertising, influencer and partnerships and PR activity.

The role

  • Leads the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the new brand, ensuring comms are reflective of the marketing strategy. 
  • Leads PR, digital marketing, email marketing and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with the creative team on brand content and campaign requirements.
  • Accountable for campaign effectiveness- setting objectives and tracking against clear KPIs.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and implement an industry specific influencer and affiliate marketing programme
  • Create a content strategy and calendar, ensuring a variety in the content produced and that content is tailored for use across specific platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
  • Liaise with licensors to understand licenced brand opportunities
  • Developing media contacts and ensuring opportunities for good PR coverage are secured

Skills criteria

Essential

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Digital marketing
  • Brand management experience
  • Evidence of effective communicating, influencing, and cross functional working across the business
  • An interest in interiors and lifestyle products
  • Proactive, analytical and is self-starter

Desirable 
  • Project management experience
  • eCommerce marketing experience
