We are now looking for an eCommerce specialist to join our growing marketing team.

The role

  • Keeping websites updated 
  • Online merchandising 
  • Analyse performance across all channels, identify areas of improvement and action any opportunities to drive growth 
  • Work with digital marketing colleagues for a full 360 retention experience
  • Drive insights to deliver new areas of opportunity for the business
  • Track and analyse online customer behaviour
  • Review the website for user experience and conversion rate improvement opportunities
  • Adopt a continuous approach of running structured experiments, to optimise conversion rates
  • Build customer segments

Skills criteria

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience within an eCommerce B2C environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practice
  • Experience of working to KPIs & measuring ROI
  • Solid Experience in Google Analytics and Excel

  • University level qualification (or equivalent) within business and/or marketing.
  • Experience in a wide range of digital marketing: PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social and Re-targeting.
  • Experience working with marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, eBay
Experience with CRO tools for eCommerce are highly desirable, in the following areas 
  • Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
  • Knowledge on UX design for eCommerce
  • Proficient in handling data across multiple platforms
  • Solid Experience in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Experienced in building advanced customer segments and dynamic conditions
