The Role:

As part of a company wide project to standardise and improve both process and working practices the Lead Project Manager will provide day-to day project management and coordination of activities. The role is largely focused on the ERP Implementation into the business with some of the key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and ensure delivery of implementation plans
  • Working closely with workstream and specialist teams to ensure action points carried out and deadlines achieved 
  • Proactive stakeholder management, able to represent Bettys interest within the Project Fusion meetings
  • Managing the project within the Fusion Governance framework

The Person

Some of the key attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate are:

  • Operational in approach
  • Experience in ERP/ IT system implementation
  • Experience working within a fast moving, customer driven environment
  • Must have a passion for teamwork and be able to provide support and assistance to the project team
  • Proactive and forward thinking when dealing with issues and problems
