Responsible for the reporting and control environment for a fast growing £250m turnover business. You will lead on designated areas of group wide corporate accounting and reporting, ensuring that effective governance and controls are in place to enable the business to stand up to scrutiny and to operate with integrity. Creating an infrastructure that is sustainable for growth on both a local and international level is essential. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted advisor in your field of expertise, as well as stand in for the CFO as necessary. The Head of Financial Control will be the Company’s link to Monde Nissin Group’s head-office, particularly for reporting, audit, and other accounting matters.
The role can be based at the Leeds or Stokesley site.
As No2 to the CFO, appropriate candidates are likely to have already held a finance leadership position in a business of similar size and scale within the FMCG sector. You will be technically strong, having already operated as a trusted advisor to Leadership Teams. A track record of delivering business growth is important, possibly in an international setting, plus success of driving an environmental agenda would be advantageous.
