We are a privately owned, consumer products business, headquartered in Central London. Our products are designed in-house and manufactured by third parties in the Far East, hence our suppliers are fundamental to our performance.
Your mission will be to drive continuous improvement into our supplier management approach. You will make an immediate impact through the analysis and (re-)implementation of supplier tracking tools and processes, while also inspiring, leading and contributing to a wide range of supply chain strategies.
As a key business partner to procurement, demand and product development teams, you will play a role in supplier engagement, development, rationalisation, diversification and on-boarding.
Another core responsibility of this appointment is the leading and development of capabilities in the Supply Planning team. You will be easily identified as the number 2 in the Supply Management team. It is likely that you will operate across the breadth of the supplier portfolio, representing the needs of key customer accounts. Your approach and performance will set a new high standard for efficiency, initiative, problem solving and a consistently, proactive mindset to the team.
