The Opportunity:

As part of a company wide project to standardise and improve both process and working practices the work stream lead for IBP will focus on leading the development and continuous improvement of the overall IBP process, enabling IBP to continue to evolve as the primary business management process for the medium to long term time horizon, creating a framework for tactical decision making and strategic execution.  This is a multi-faceted role, working closely with 5 other Workstream Leads, Specialist internal leads and external system suppliers.
The role is a fixed term contract until October 2021 and will naturally evolve and develop as the project progresses through the various stages, from initial operating model design right through to implementation. 

The Person:

This varied role may suit a Business Analyst or Project Manager with a IBP/ supply chain background. The role will suit confident, open-minded and resourceful candidates who possess the high degree of flexibility, creativity and tenacity needed to work effectively through a challenging transformative change.

Some of the key skills and experience required are:

  • Proven track record of applying IBP best practice by successfully leading an Integrated Business planning process within an FMCG environment
  • Broad knowledge of cross business processes and key drivers of success
  • Highly numerate alongside a strong ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
