To support the development and execution of brand activations, and core equity assets linked to the brand platforms, ensuring the brand proposition remains authentic, differentiated and premium to consumers. This person will devise new executions that will challenge category conventions. They will lead the development and execution of the brand's global innovation initiatives, working closely with the Global Brand Director as well as the Global Innovation Manager to ideate, scope and define projects, developing the business case and leading the project to launch in a lead market. With a dynamic personality they will build strong relationships with local teams and ambassadors across markets and cultures, driving results and exceptional execution – influencing a wide variety of global stakeholders.
