The Position

This role works closely with the Global Brand Director in leading the creation of experience-led activations based on the activation platforms and in line with the brand’s communication and touch-point strategy. This person will be an expert in activation at the point of purchase across channel and different market typologies. They will lead the development of the digital strategy and supporting programs to engage our consumers in new and differentiated ways. Working closely with markets, they will deliver activations that deliver superior results. They will lead the step change in Premium Retail and On-Trade execution and ensure the brand stays unique and differentiated in the eyes of consumers and customers and thus maintains its premium value. They will lead the activation agencies’ work, from briefing to execution. They are an expert at influencing and engaging stakeholders, drawing on extensive in-market experience.

Experience Required

  • Outstanding track record in Premium brand marketing execution especially in regards to digital, experiential and in bar/store.
  • Significant marketing experience, matured in both domestic & international markets.
  • Strong track record in major asset development and execution.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholder within the organisation and to play a key role in decision making processes.
  • Experience in consumer research and understanding of key methodologies (concept screening, packaging development and full mix testing).
  • Commercial or in-field experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
