- Experience of managing existing clients as well as developing new business opportunities.
- A track record of working towards and exceeding sales targets.
- Good commercial acumen and the ability to evidence closing of sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
- Backgrounds in internal sales looking to move into a more senior external role, UK external sales in an industrial sector organisation, or international sales experience in an industrial business would all be of potential interest.
- Although previous oil and gas experience would be beneficial, this is not required and in line with the example backgrounds above there is flexibility in the level of experience of the successful candidate.
