The Brief:

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working in partnership with the Everflow Group in order to identify a Business Transformation Manager to join their team.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our growing water team, who will be responsible for developing and delivering a transformational change programme in all areas of the organisation to support the achievement and delivery of the company strategy.

The Business Transformation Manager will be accountable for leading large, cross-domain and business transformation deliverables. Ensuring that all interrelated projects, dependencies, assumptions and risks are identified, stakeholder buy-in is achieved, change plans are created, managed and reported through the lifecycle of the specific project, with an emphasis on alignment to time, cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity to lead on multi-disciplinary and cross-functional change projects within all areas of the organisation. To be successful in the role you will have a proven track record in managing complex business transformation projects successfully from end-to-end, whilst maintaining close working relationships with senior stakeholders, third parties, suppliers and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Ownership of delivery of transformation projects
  • Realisation of the project objectives for the defined scope, within agreed budget and timescales
  • Regular reporting to management team and Board of Directors
  • Ability to identify, suggest and implement improvements to the defined scope
  • Management of business risks associated with project delivery and outcomes
  • Design, coordination & delivering of training sessions across the business to embed change and knowlege
  • Managing the adoption and embedding of change in the organisation

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in previous roles within Business Transformation, particularly working within Finance and IT
  • Proficiency in leading and delivering projects end-to-end
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels and seniority
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance the needs and preferences of different stakeholders
  • A critical thinker and problem solver
