Job Description

This is a brand new role created out of growth and forms part of a European Sales Team. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound technical sales queries from German and Austrian Distributors, but also required to complete sales calls and attempt to convert new prospects and sales leads.

Full working proficiency in English and German is essential.

  • Provides best possible technical sales support and customer service to customer base whilst contributing to additional profitable sales
  • Provides front line support to selected Supply Chain Partners
  • Takes ownership and tracks supply chain partners site listings and ABI information
  • Provides detailed reports on main contractor to include: spend reports, conformity rates, recycling opportunities and market analysis
  • Provides detailed reports on contractor compliance to agreements
  • Completes market share analysis
  • Responses quickly to samples and literature requests
  • Handles, replies and monitors mock-up requests efficiently
  • Supports Business Development team & Omega Contractor Programme
  • Provides front line specification advice
  • Demonstrates technical product knowledge to support the above
  • Deals with incoming requests from sales team effectively
  • Maximizes on all sales opportunities created through the telephone
  • Maintains project information in Capture up-to-date
