Due to a period of change, we have an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The HR Manager role is a pivotal role; providing support to the business and ensuring departmental objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a ‘hands on’ approach with regards to delivering the HR service as well as supporting with delivering training to managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and streamlining processes. This role is central to our planned growth and will play a key role in supporting the business as we grow.
