The site is now looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership across the site of all Warehousing, logistics and planning functions. Providing Supply Chain expertise to members of the management team, this role requires an accomplished Supply Chain Manager. This role would also suit somebody who has a strong planning background providing they also have the people management responsibility. The 3 key elements to ensuring success in this role are:
• A proven people manager, experienced in managing larger teams in a complex manufacturing environment
• Strong communicator, able to influence on both an internal and external level
• Experience in change management, able to bring the team with them on the Kerry journey and challenge existing processes/ opinions where appropriate
