Your new role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing both new and existing client relationships. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates to presenting your shortlist and negotiating offers.

Senior Consultants are responsible for building one of our specialist recruitment practices in the core sectors that we cover e.g. finance, sales & marketing, HR, IT, engineering & manufacturing, supply chain & procurement or one of our consumer practices. They are experts in their chosen area and contribute to strategic initiatives and goals across the business.

In your first year, a remuneration package of up to £55,000 can be achieved, with this increasing in subsequent years. You will be based either in our Newcastle headquarters or our Wynyard (Teesside) office.
