Maintenance Manager
Our client
Founded in 1926, Thomas Swan & Co Ltd is a leading independent manufacturer of performance and speciality chemicals. The company manufactures over 100 products, from kilogramme to multi-tonne quantities, and offers an experienced and flexible customer manufacturing service.
Thomas Swan is unique within the chemical industry and as a family owned, private business we have the flexibility and speed of decision making that is the envy of larger companies. The business is remarkably diverse and has technical capabilities that are rare for an SME. Despite our size we are an increasingly global company with 75% exports, a sales and distribution office in New Jersey, USA, and a sales and distribution office in Shanghai, China.
Perhaps most importantly, we love what we do, and we are passionate about growing the business.
