Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing business based in Cumbria in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and maintain their high standards of excellence. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance to first day. You will source candidates through various channels, utilising innovative recruitment methods and tools, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role it is likely you will have proven experience of managing the full recruitment cycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. You are used to managing multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure as well as possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
