Business & Opportunity Overview
STACK is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and develop the financial strategy of this PE backed, fast-growing, multi-site business. Reporting to the Founder CEO, this role will be a key member of the board, and business leadership team, with direct functional responsibility for Finance and Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial performance, and create shareholder value.
- Develop and deliver a financial strategy to optimise revenue, profit growth, and cash flow.
- Guide Cash & Treasury decisions.
- Develop the Finance team and ensure high-quality reporting.
- Manage cashflow, covenant monitoring, and compliance.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Board leadership experience in a multi-site, Consumer-centric business.
- Success in high-growth, CAPEX-intensive, and PE-backed environments.
- Passionate about delivering the STACK growth strategy.
- Comfortable being visible in the business every day.
