We are partnering with a global leader in the TiO₂ sector to find a Senior Sales Manager or Director (title based on experience) to join their North American team. This is a remote role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Role:
- Manage and grow key customer relationships across the U.S. and Canada
- Drive profitability and long-term value through strategic account management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Lead negotiations and prepare commercial contracts
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights
- Collaborate with global teams and occasionally travel internationally
The Person:
Essential:
- Proven B2B sales success with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, numerate, and self-motivated
- U.S. citizen residing near a major airport
- Comfortable working from a home office and traveling up to 50%
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the TiO₂ industry (direct or via distribution)
- Background in inks, plastics, coatings, or paper
- Technical knowledge and/or university degree
- Experience with global teams and international travel
