Senior Reward Business Partner
Our Client
Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with a renowned housing association with a footprint across the North of England in their search for a Senior Reward Business Partner.
Flexible in approach there is a requirement to be in the office 1/2 days a week.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Ability to develop and manage the pay and grading structure; including undertaking job evaluation of new/amended roles, market pricing and making recommendations on salary, base pay model development, bonus/performance schemes or other such processes.
- Demonstrable experience of pay, reward and recognition, particularly in relation to job architecture, base pay and benefit development.
- Experience of pension practice in both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit pension provisions would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Adept at building strong relationships with key business influencers and will be comfortable operating at a senior level with autonomy and enthusiasm.
- General pay modelling, and job evaluation experience.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate can can work autonomously and enjoys being busy and grappling with tasks. You can demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. The subject matter expert, you are used to presenting to all levels of the business and whilst housing experience isn’t a necessity, experience of working in reward within bigger complex businesses is desirable.
