Responsibilities
Sales Management (75%)
New Leads
• Prospecting and contacting potential new clients: Boutique Hotels, Luxury Hotels, Luxury Hospitality
• Researching & contacting future project openings
• Contacting new Michelin star restaurants
• Presenting to potential leads
• Data collection – sizing the opportunity (covers a week, number of services, opening days/hours/etc)
New Accounts (included in above)
• Onboarding – ensuring clients sign T&T, set up DD and fill online Supplier’s form
• Staff Training – brand, coffees, equipment usage and brewing (incl. beans where necessary)
• Equipment allocation
• Initial Product Allocation – liaise with the group to allocate the right product mix and quantities per client.
Account Management (25%)
Existing Accounts
• Data collection – If information is missing from our knowledge base
• Menu management – up to date, brand included, correctly priced, exclusivity
• Monitoring orders to identify problems/opportunities – Eg: ROS lower than expected, Rate of Upsell too low, Upgrading to Rare only, etc.
• Ongoing Training of staff – 1-2 times a year depending on client’s revenue/profitability
• Client visits – based on profit and potential growth
• Marketing material collection – Quotes & Photography
• Customer service – handling delivery issues, equipment issues, etc.
• Quarterly Product Allocation review
