Nigel Wright is thrilled to partner with a global business headquartered in the Northeast in their search for a dynamic recruitment researcher.
The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates, globally, contributing to the development of a stronger, more diverse workforce. This hands-on position is essential in shaping the future of our client's workforce by driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing both active and passive candidates for open roles.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and develop talent pools to meet future business demands through market mapping and building talent pipelines.
- Utilise your experience in social media and networking, to attract diverse, high-calibre candidates.
- A team player you will work closely with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen the employer brand and ensure our client is recognized as a top employer in the market.
Who we are looking for
It is likely you have at least a year’s experience in recruitment resourcing either in-house or agency and posses strong communication skills with the ability to work with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. You are used to working in a commercial environment and enjoy being part of a busy and dynamic team. A creative thinker, you will enjoy creating and utilising innovative methods to attract and build relationships with both active and passive candidates.
