Recruitment Advisor

The Role

A not-for-profit organisation in the North East is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead recruitment and induction processes, ensuring top talent is attracted and onboarded effectively.

Duties:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment standards
• Oversee onboarding and support induction

Skills and Attributes

• 2+ years’ HR experience with a recruitment focus
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing
• A degree and ideally CIPD membership
