The Role
A not-for-profit organisation in the North East is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead recruitment and induction processes, ensuring top talent is attracted and onboarded effectively.
Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment standards
- Oversee onboarding and support induction
Skills and Attributes
- 2+ years’ HR experience with a recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing
- A degree and ideally CIPD membership
