The Role
Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a consumer-based business in their search for a Project Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, working with different teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing essential support to the team to keep projects on track.
- Coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Liaising with various teams to gather information and drive projects forward.
- Organising samples, mock-ups, and materials for presentations and meetings.
- Assisting with documentation, pricing, and commercial approvals.
- Helping to manage timelines, supplier communications, and logistical challenges.
- Supporting product setup and ensuring all systems are updated correctly.
- Working with quality teams to ensure products meet required standards.
- Reviewing completed projects and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the team and helping to streamline processes.

- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Creative thinker, able to offer solutions when required.
- Good presentation skills.
