Procurement Executive

The Role


The Procurement Analyst will work in an experienced and supportive team, reporting into the Head of Procurement.

Day to day duties include:

•    Support the execution of procurement strategies and continuous improvement
•    Gather, organise, and evaluate suppliers based on performance metrics
•    Provide accurate forecasts to key suppliers and monitor market trends & commodity pricing
•    Attend supplier meetings to understand risks, opportunities, and build strong partnerships
•    Use your analytical skills to prepare cost-benefit reports and track cost price amendments
•    Assist in reviewing and negotiating co-manufacturer contracts and supply agreements
•    Develop and document procurement processes and train internal teams on best practices
•    Be a proactive voice in project meetings, sharing updates and driving procurement KPIs
