Our client

Our client is a expanding complex manufacturing business looking to recruit an experienced Operations Director as they continue through growth and new product development.

The opportunity

As Operations Director, you will provide effective leadership, management and support to your management team across production, engineering and maintenance to continue to drive efficiency and maximise output. Continuing to play a pro-active role as a key part of the senior leadership team will enable you to innovate and identify new opportunities for additional automation and new technology. With a real passion for people, you will look to continue to embed a positive improvement minded culture throughout the plant.

About you

As an experienced Operations Director, you will demonstrate a proven track record in leading, managing and coaching your teams to reach their full potential whilst delivering on time in full to a a global customer base. You will have deep understanding driving a positive continuous improvement culture in a complex batch manufacturing site. With well developed communication skills, you will have experience challenging/influencing decisions as part of a senior leadership team, collaborating effectively throughout the plant and leading/developing your teams to reach their full potential.
