Due to continue growth they have created a new role for a part qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Management Accountant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the Group Finance team. You’ll be the go to finance contact for several operating businesses, responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial information that helps shape decision-making.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the month-end process, including preparation and posting of journals, invoices, and cashbooks
- Producing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements from the trial balance
- Performing variance analysis and providing insightful financial commentary
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and group reporting packs
- Managing debtors and supporting credit control activity
- Partnering with operational leaders, offering finance support and answering queries
- Supporting the FP&A Manager with budgets, forecasts and cashflow planning
- Assisting with audit preparation, VAT returns and corporation tax
- Maintaining banking, payments and monthly payment runs
- Reporting on KPIs for operational teams
- Supporting wider Group Finance projects and process improvements
Preferred Skills & Experience
They're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic business.
To be successful, you’ll ideally have:
- Part-qualified status (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with an accounting qualification such as AAT
- Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy
- A positive, solutions led approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Great communication skills, you’ll be liaising with stakeholders across the business
