We are delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in recruiting a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will report directly to the FD and be a key point of contact for various stakeholders across the business. This is an interactive Management Accounting role offering the opportunity to finance business partner with other departments, to lead of continuous improvement projects and to progress as the business grows.

The Role

The duties for the Management Accountant role will include:

• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Monthly management accounts reporting 
• Managing year end and audit processes.
• Identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
• Adhoc reporting as required
• Undertaking financial analysis on KPI data from across the business

The Person

The requirements for the Management Accountant role are:

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA. Part qualified and actively studying will also be considered.
• Experience of management accounts preparation.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Broad range of financial IT systems experience.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience of Power BI would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable at communicating at all levels.
