The Company

Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician - circa £47,500 – working 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (rotating between days and nights)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician to join a forward-thinking business, having invested heavily in their site.

The Role

Maintenance Technician responsibilities –

Effectively responding to all reactive and preventative maintenance activities
Highlighting any inefficiencies and providing practical engineering solutions
Electrical and mechanical fault finding
Completing PPM activities across site
Engineering projects to support continuous improvement
Provide support and guidance to less experienced technicians on site

The Person

The successful Maintenance Technician will have the following –

HNC or NVQ L3 equivalent within an engineering discipline
Experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
Completed a recognised apprenticeship
Proven knowledge and understanding of fault finding and root cause analysis
Strong communication skills, working effectively within a team

Working for an exceptionally experienced Engineering Manager who is keen to upskill and support all technicians across site.
