The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced IT Product Owner to shape and drive the roadmap for key enterprise platforms — ensuring they deliver value, improve collaboration, and support strategic goals. You’ll sit at the heart of our IT Service Management and Infrastructure function, working cross-functionally with teams across technology, operations, and user experience.

Responsibilities

- Define and lead the product strategy for Microsoft 365 (including Copilot), Azure, and Atlassian platforms.

- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, translating user needs into clear, actionable requirements.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, service, and vendor teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Promote adoption of Microsoft tools and Atlassian across the organisation.

- Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and champion user-centric enhancements.

- Support releases, upgrades, training, and documentation to embed best practice and optimise delivery.

What you need

- Proven experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar digital product/IT service role.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform tools.

- Strong understanding of IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL), data analysis, and change delivery.

- Confident communicator — able to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.

- Ideally, familiarity with Atlassian products and working within agile or hybrid environments.

- Certifications like ITIL, Microsoft, or CISSP are a bonus — but passion, curiosity, and user focus matter most.
